This episode has been a bit of a random one but if you want to hear my current thoughts and options on the impact of food noise and how it makes getting into a calorie deficit harder for some people more than others, the idea that our bodies have a set body weight that its happy at and what you need to do to get back to your happy set point but also what to do when you thin you might want to push harder and reduce your body weight further, is the effort worth the reward?
